Cancellation Policy
Just as we respect and value our client’s time, we also consider it respectful and courteous for our clients to honor the time we set aside for them and their pets.
Therefore, due to a recent increase in last minute cancellations and no shows, we are establishing a cancellation policy.
For surgical appointments, a deposit of $50.00 will be required. This will be collected at the time the appointment is made and will be applied to the cost of the surgery. If surgery is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the surgery appointment, this fee will be non-refundable.
For clients who “no show” two or more times for a veterinary consultation, a deposit of the full amount of the consultation/exam fee will need to be paid in advance over the phone with a credit card for any future appointments made.
